The Brick Market Rules and Regulations

The staff of The Brick Hope thought that our community is mature enough to handle a B/S/T Forum. To insure that everything runs smoothly and is hassle free there are several rules and regulations to the B/S/T Forum. Please read all of the rules and regulations before using this form. Please post any questions here.

Rules and Regulations:

1.) We reserve the right to suspend or ban you from the B/S/T Forum if you cause issues with transactions.

2.) Please be serious. Do not start to go into a transaction just to back out. Don't lie about having items or sending them out.

3.) Please do not press other members to buy from you, sell to you, or trade with you. They have the right to accept or decline.

4.)  We would prefer if you did not trade Non-LEGO items for LEGO items but if you wish to please PM a staff member. We would rather you let us know than do it behind our backs.

5.) Do not bump threads to try and get more views. It bumps everyone else's threads down. Since we are a small site currently there should not be any topics lost with others.

6.) Please leave fair feedback in The Brick Market Feedback Thread. If there is questionable content please PM a staff member. Please do post feedback for every transaction.

7.) Please do not be rude, deceptive, and unclear. Be kind with each other and be honest about shipping, condition, etc. If there is damage be clear to what and where it is.

8.) Please do not post in a topic if you don't have an items someone is looking for or are not interested in a purchase or trade.

9.) This website is not your billboard. No one is allowed to join this website just to advertise.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: The Brick Hope is not responsible for transactions that have not went as planned. We will do our best to find out if the member did not ship the items or they have gotten lost in the mail. Please do not jump to conclusions. If there are disputes please PM staff about it and we will settle it. Again we are not responsible for any issues that happen here. By using this forum you are taking a risk. Please make this as easy as possible.
