Believe it or not, this army cost me nothing, in fact I made money while creating it, I picked up a crud load of set 7201 from KayBee's stores on clearance for .33 ea. and sold off the StormTroopers (5.00 ea.) and Empire officers (1.00 ea.) , which paid for the shields and helmets and such and covered the cost of the 7201's in the first place.
