Those of you who were fortunate enough to make it to the Great Western LEGO Show at STEAM will no doubt remember the impressive display from the Dubreq Ltd team - MECHABRICK!
Their Kickstarter project has now gone live as of the 14th October and runs for 30 days, during which time they hope to reach their backing target of £13,000.
In a nutshell, the project aims to launch a kit (or kits if they reach their stretch-goals) to convert your Minifigs into 1/144 scale Mecha, and then use them in a board-game fighting in a futuristic city (which I understand the user makes them self from LEGO).
They are not only launching the robot conversion kits and the boxed game, but also aim to launch an expanding range of add-on upgrades and weapons for the robots that alter their spec in the game and help gain you the upper-hand in your battles (plus look cool!).
So... if you want to know a bit more about Mechabrick - Gangs of Neon City, how the robots are assembled, and how the game is played, why not head on over to their Kickstarter page and take a look! You can also see a lot more images over on their Flickr page too.
