Mini-Moding

Due to many issues concerning mini-moding we are not allowing it at the moment. The mini-moding must stop. It contributes to the whole off-topic issue. In time there will be a powerless rank called Guard. These people are allowed to act as mini-mods as long as they don't get out of hand. Until there are some members that will fill these positions mini-moding is not to be permitted. It's not that we are power hungry it's the fact that it is making the off-topic issue continue.

Not quite, Mini moding is when people start discussing things that are totally off topic, then another member 'mini mods' saying things like 'get back on topic' or whatever they say, thus, they are doing what Mods are meant to do. If everyone mini modded, Mods would be pointless.
