Diesel Switching Locomotive Empty Diesel Switching Locomotive

Post by CaptStabbin 2/24/2011, 2:09 am

After being inspired by the new LEGO train sets comming out, I decided to create one myself. It's my first locomotive MOC, and I'm very happy with the way it turned out. It was really cool to learn some new building techniques. Any comments and criticism would be greatly appreciated.

I'm sorry, I could not make a train, even if I had the parts. Wonderfully done! Love the detail on the grass and locomotive! Looks like a LEGO set (or better).

The parts alone are $50-60, at the lest. Double that and add a bit for 'labor' and you got your cost.

Yeah. Customs are high due to labor, about 200% as much. be prepared to spend 2-300 on it.

If you make a city, re-build this and make a subway with this in it.

Subways don't have trains like this. They have far sleeker, less styled and faster locomotives.
