Reduced Lego Box Size?
BrickTuts wrote:As a ToyNBricks Forum member has recently informed, it seems as if LEGO is starting to reduce the box size. This can be very profitable for the Brick Company, as they will save much money in shipping. On the other side, they may have to decrease the set’s price, as a 7749 Echo Base with a battlepack’s box doesn’t fit with the $25 price.

So, what do you guys think? I personally think the idea is pretty good, but the price of the sets should go down more.
Re: Reduced Lego Box Size?
'Bout time. I'm tired of all this Danish air in my boxes. Also, I think they should of done this earlier, but they kept them big to make it look like you're getting more for your money. (when I got the Imperial V-wing, it didn't look like $20 USD to me, but the box did, see?)
Re: Reduced Lego Box Size?
Empire and I went to the LEGO Store yesterday and most of the Star Wars set boxes were smaller. The BPs (2010 & 2011) were the size of a medium impulse set, Battle of Naboo ans sets that size were about the size of a normal BP box. I don't really remember the others too well.
