Wow, I got mentioned twice.
Now to go to bed and think of what to build next.
Also, you forgot to mention my Batmobile is fully buyable and anyone who wishes to do so should contact me so I can send it to them.

Nice job! I really like the layout of this issue, it looks alot better than the first one. The articles were great and easy to follow. And I'm proud to have one of my MOC's featured in the issue. I'm thankful you feel that highly of my work. Great job guys, and keep up the good work.

I'd try and see you make it better.
I have a question, can I "spell check" these before they are released? It really makes us look unprofessional, like the banner in April 1st, it surprises me we didn't get under new management and we didn't lose 20 active users...

JCC walked into his old friends Doc Brown and Marty McFly, went to the future, and founded a site in the future.Flare wrote:It says that the Brick Hope was founded in September 2011
!
Nice issue! Now you nasty, sick, ungrateful people know what it's like to be an old grouch like me. ( )
I'm kidding, Henri!
But really, nice issue! I like how I got a staff insight. And it's true, I love the Galactic Empire ( ) and I also have another name some people might know: Jcc2224. (Jedi clone commander Cody, my favorite clone)
Re: Issue 2 - The Brick Letter
Sorry the year was a mistake but apart from that it is fine. I am glad you all like it. This was written in UK English but I think most people can still read it fine.

Re: Issue 2 - The Brick Letter
UK english? as in Gray instead of Grey? I'm not buying it, there are some CLEAR spelling mistakes which proof the articles were made in a rush, I could take the time to spell check 'em and send the verified pieces to you.

Re: Issue 2 - The Brick Letter
Also Burman you should spell LEGO consistently. LEGO is the correct one. You spelled it Lego and lego. I offered to be the editor on this, I really want to make sure that happens in the next issue. Also in Henri's Batmobile Section there are very large spaces that shouldn't have been there.
Re: Issue 2 - The Brick Letter
They actually should be there JCC, text should be justified on computers and not left aligned which is frequently used.
My apologies for small inconsistencies but really is the average reader going to notice these? Maybe if some people go nitpicking then yes and I apologise but these mistakes are not serious, hardly noticeable.

That's not the point. If you are going to do something, you should do it right.
Again, I thought it was a great issue. I'm looking forward to number 3.

Re: Issue 2 - The Brick Letter
Nice issue. Better layout than the first one. On the calendar section, maybe birthdays should be in it, CommanderFox and I have our birthdays in April.
Re: Issue 2 - The Brick Letter
Thanks for the advice I will be definitely doing that next month.

Re: Issue 2 - The Brick Letter
Also maybe if you try to get the calendar to fit horizontally. It's hard to read vertically.
Re: Issue 2 - The Brick Letter
I tried that last time but there was not enough space in each cell vertically. If you can use the rotate feature of Adobe it would be easier.
