The square root of pi is infinite, just like pi. These numbers are irrational, it doesn't mean that there isn't a square root, even if it is never-ending.

Math is not a set of rules, the rules are just what we understand in the world around us, and math is built around that. Math is not set at all, take a look at Base-4, that is the weirdest thing I have seen.

Should we rename this "math discussion"?

You must realize we all live around the globe, different teachers, different methods. The only time when that wouldn't work is with Empy and I at times since we've shared one or two teachers over the years.

... I fear I must disagree seeing as math is like a language except there's only one correct answer all the times.

I always learnt pi isn't a number to "play with"
