Castle general Discussion

Upon request of CallMePie, this topic is to discuss about LEGO Castle in general. You may discuss about future sets, and even post pictures of your knights! Have fun! (Sorry, Knight emoticons coming soon!)

I have one knight and he came with a book and I lost him I have always wanted to get some knight sets just never have.

I love castle, but i'm not very good at building it. I just jot 4 MMV and plan to build a town.

I have a nice army, and hope to get the Advent Calendar and Castle for Xmas!

You opened the calender before Christmas. Your sick.

I have almost all of the fantasy era castle sets (Yeah I'm pretty spoiled.) But I don't really see the point of this topic, Its just kinda... Useless...

Okay. My first castle set was the fantasy theme castle. It had a lot of knights in it, and it was the best Christmas present ever.

My first was way back when KKII was out. I forget exactly was set it was, but I still have the figs. (poor sets, pieces destroyed and lost , only one remained. )

I have all of the KKI and KKII. A local train shop, orderd them to try selling lego and forgot about them! But put them out in 2009 at 90% off! :classicsmile: And I picked up one of each!

You know what would be awesome? A whole Knight army and a giant castle. Theres a scared King trying to escape, a small group trying to escort him and some horses and battering rams and a ton of other crazy stuff :D

I do enjoy most Historic Themes but am not an avid fan. It is on my list of favourite themes but not at the top.

fantasy era castle is better than kingdoms, its a shame thats not made any more

No. Trolls/Orks are good. living Black Skelotons are good.(I have a small army of living black skeletons and I've bought a set that has them! They are from a lego castle chess set.)


So anyway. No.

But what if the goat and chicken comes in that rumored windmill set?
Then we are at the same level of sets as Medival Market village.
What can be better?

I've never gotten a single Castle set ever, but I'm a big fan of these Kingdoms sets so we may see...

Never had a kingdom/castle set (well, I had all the old Knights Kingdom guys) but the new ones look really cool!

I'm working on a Kingdoms MOC, hopefully I can post it.
