I thought it would be interesting to put this up. Your list doesn't need any certain order, so you can just post them. Here are my favorite characters:

Lemme see.

1) Darth Vader (III-VI) -> Not Anakin, dóh.
2) Boba Fett (IV-VI) -> Young Boba we see in ep. II is Jango's pet. The real Boba Fett from the OT is mistakenly referred to as this pet nowadays. They say he's a clone of Jango Fett too. Pathetic lies. *cough*
3) General Grievous (III, TCW) -> Yeah, I hope he's going to be improved soon. He was badass in the old Clone Wars anyways.
4 and 5) I'll give these 2 a rest. I need time to decide..

So that was my top 3 for now.. let's see if I can fill in the rest soon.

Boba was NOT in the original cut of "A New Hope"(to which I'm pretty sure TBH is a reference)!!!!!!!!!! If he evere was in it he was in a crummy Mastered version, along digital jabba and all that crud. THAT'S NOT IN THE ORIGINAL FILM, ERGO IT'S NOT CANON! THE FOOT AS SPOKEN!

Boba did appear by the Falcon in Docking Bay 94 in the remastered ANH. I can confirm that.

Also, REMASTERED= CRAP! I PREFER GRAINY FILM THAT ACTUALLY WAS HARD TO MAKE WITH LIVE MODELS NOT 3D CRUD! THAT'S WHAT I DIDN'T LIKE ABOUT III! THE CLONES WERE SO DIGITAL!

"IV-VI" was supposed to mean 'The Original Trilogy', but, whatever.
I believe it was canon, though.

i love the boba fett figure not the new one because that one is less cooler i don't see any arm paint on that new peice of crap! sorry to all the new boba fett fans i just had to let that out

Also, flame, you obviously don't have the older Boba Fett, the only rendition of it with arm printing was solely included in the Cloud City set, so I prefer the new one mainly because the jetpack is detachable and you can move his helmet.

Also this is characters, not minifigures, I believe.
