Avatar help please!!

I've just started shadowing EB,just started being seen 1 topic...but i noticed that members like Flare,buddy and Mrlegoninja have a distinctive kind of avatar.empire used to have one too and i think brickfoot has one.

But how can I get one?

It is by a member Jebediah there. He does great cartoon like images of a minifigure of your chose.

What's your sig-fig? I'll ask him and tell him it's for someone else. I'm pretty good friends with him. I may ask him to join TBH.
